SEARCH YOUR MACHINE FOR THE WORD "searchqu", and you'll see what folder it's in. My case, it appears that the website SaveVid.com installs searchqu engine, and so I went to c:/programfiles/Windows_SaveVid_Toolbar/ anc click "uninstall.exe".

Note: As for 5/13/11 these #%**!! changed the name, still in Windows but with a different name!= Windows iLivid Toolbar/click uninstall.
Note: As for 4/4/2012 'searchqu' toolbar from Savevid.com can be uninstalled by: running unstaill.exe in
C:\Program Files\Windows Savevid Toolbar\Pgmngr(or Datamngr)\uninstall.exe
