The guage and grade of an Ithaca Hammerless can generally be found on the left front corner of the water table on the frame. The serial number is usually on the right side of the same water table, on the barrel flats, and on the forend iron. To determine which design you have, check http://www.shotgunworld.com/identify.html
Open the action and on the receiver flat will be the serial number and another number denoting the grade. Need all of that information, as well as some digital pictures to determine condition. sales@countrygunsmith.net
Perhaps you mean 1907. In any event, it is the 'Crass' model Ithaca shotgun made in 1902. Value is dependent upon grade and condition. sales@countrygunsmith.net
A Sousa grade Ithaca should have engraving on almost every square inch of the metal. If you have no engraving, you have a field grade gun.

Your Shotgun was made by Lefever from 1885-1919.Lefever started business in the year 1885.A (G grade) model hammerless 12 gauge shotgun will range in price from 800-1,400 dollars for a gun showing between 10%-70% of its original finish remaining, and a good set of bores.
Look again! The guage and grade are usually found together on the water table, and a Grade 5 (not "S") would be a highe end, and probably valuable, gun.
