[Edit] |
Answer
All cars have a disarm and arm wire.some are in the door connected to the key cyclinder or down the kick panal on the driver side. If you are abele to turn your alarm off by unlocking the driver door most likely there is a wire in the door or kick panel...The trick is this..some wires you can ground to the body
of the car...the newer cars starting in the 90's you HAVE TO use a certain size
resistor on that wire and ground it or put 12v to it......You can go to any
car audio that those remote starts and they CAN tell you where the wire is and
what to use...if one want, some one will..If you want to do it your self try this.Take off the door panel.find the wires that is connected to key cyclinder
take a volt meter ground one side to the car (make sure its a good ground)
stripe the wire back one at a time (a little bit).take the other side of the meter to that wire. Put key in DOOR key hole turn key to unlock door look for a change in voltage it may be positive or negative. what ever wire there is a change thats your disarm wire. look at the color of that wire try to trace it back to the kick panel,if you find the same color DONT asume that it is the same wire check ALWAYS RECHECK ALWAYS..
