hey i just dismantled my door panel for my 97 ford taurus because i have to change my window motor.
It pops right off,it's only being conected by plastic fasteners and if you ruin any of the fasteners you can buy them at an auto part store.
You can just use a flat head screwdriver, put it in between the panel and the actual door and push forward or towards you and it should pop right off
