3. Bend down and grab the edge of the starting block
4. Pull back (allowing you to gain more force to dive into the water)
5. Tuck your head to your knee
6. Throw yourself & and arms forward with your arms in a tight streamline position
7. Lift you head and try to look at the flags while you are in midair
8. Tuck your head again quickly until you reach the water
