Many women are not suited to a horizontal hood due to space between the thighs and the formation of the labia. Some are not suited to a vertical hood due to lack of space under the hood its self for the jewelry. So it stands to reason that being able to have both simultaneously would be pretty rare, though I am sure there are a few women with the anatomy for such a thing.
