I play on the wii, and it is quite easy. to call for one and for you to score, hold z while running towards the basket. if one is thrown,jump up and grab it. to pass an alleyoop pass, press Z until someone is at the basket then pass it. try to pass near the mid range zone.

It works best when you ally it with a PG and you get a player like Kobe or LeBron to dunk it. First with the PG do a lob pass to the player who's dunking. Make sure he's close to the net. Then just before you switch to Kobe or someone press and hold L1 and triangle. This sometimes works depending on the situation.
