use a toothpick: dip it in nail polish, and then put a dot on your nail. put dots around that dot, like a flower, and then make a stalk. there are some great pictures of them on the internet. answer from ozzie1996: you can buy foil for your nails you can ust that and cut it in shapes of flowers of you can buuy special nail art pens, they have a brush end and a pen end so you can draw then on hope it helps =]
