How do you do pip mode on a dish network remote?

To enter PIP mode from your remote, you will first need to put the receiver into Single Mode. You can do this by pressing the mode button on the front of the receiver. Once you are in Single Mode, press the PIP button on the bottom of the remote. Pressing it multiple times will change the PIP format until it goes back to a normal picture.

The following receivers support the PIP function: 222, 222k, 512, 522, 622, 625, 722, 722k, and 922.

How To

• Open PiP Window
  • Receiver: 222, 222k, 512, 522, 622, 625, 722, 722k, and 922
    1. Place the receiver in single mode Note: the VIP922 will always default to Solo Mode when there is not an active remote viewing session
    2. Press the PiP button on the remote
• Close PiP Window
  • Receiver: 222, 222k, 512, 522, 622, 625, 722, 722k, and 922
    1. Continue to press the PiP button on the remote until the PiP window closes
• Change PiP Window Display Type
  • Receiver: 222, 222k, 512, 522, 622, 625, 722, 722k, and 922
    1. With a PiP window already open, press the PiP button until the receiver cycles through to the desired display type
• Change PiP Window Position
  • Receiver: 222, 222k, 512, 522, 622, 625, 722, 722k, and 922
    1. Once a PiP window is open, press the Position button until the receiver cycles through to the desired position
• Swap PiP Progamming
  • Receiver: 222, 222k, 512, 522, 622, 625, 722, 722k, and 922
    1. Once a PiP window is open, press the Swap button to swap programming from one PiP window to the other
