How do you do the windmill?

There are different ways to start, but the most preferred is in the freeze position. In the freeze, you stab one elbow into your abs and place the other hand near your head. There, you should be standing on two hands with the rest of your body in the air.
Push with both hands and kick the ground to rotate your body clockwise or counter-clockwise. As you flip onto your back as you rotate, keep turning until you're face-down again in the freeze position. Repeat to do windmill multiples times. The windmill is challenging, but work out and practice to get the hang of it.
