i am using www.eVirtualMeeting.com. it is free.

there are web conferencing sites that offer free trial for 30 days, some even for a year. but there are other sites that offer services for free. such as Yugma, Mikigo and 321meet. Web based, easy register and easy to use. Just go to the site (e.g. www.321meet.com) organize a meeting, give your email add to the participants (they should type it in the main page to join) and you're good to go.
