Well, to start off - no one "does" Wicca. Although not recognized by most, Wicca is a religion. No one asks how do you "do" Christianity, or how do you "do" Buddism. Personally, I do not like the term "practice" in reference to a religion. I practice my flute. I practice drawing. But when it comes to religion - I live my religion.
Every day you wake up, you honor your deities, try to be thankful no matter how hard times get and try to make the world a better place one day at a time. This is pretty much a standard in any religion I have studied.
