When you insert the CD into your computer and open iTunes, you can burn the CD to your computer, allowing you to save all the tracks to your iTunes library. Then, when you sync your iPod with your computer, the music from the CD will be able to transfer to it as long as they have a check mark in the box next to the song title in your iTunes Library.
