first you can buy one of those jello mix. try to buy many different flavor so that your jello will have many layer of colorful jello. then follow the basic directions. after that, you will pour the liquid in a tray or pan. put it in a thin layer. then wait a while and put the first layer of jello in the refrigerator. repeat that same direction a couple more time by putting the liquid on the layer until it is freeze. then you will be done. i hope this will help you. im so sorry that this is kind of confusing but im just a little kid.

Yes you can die our hair with it first you get a bowl and poor the mix in it the you put water in it the. You stick your hair in it for 4 mins and the blow dry it and after that it is done :)
