This is not a good practice. Although someone could give ways to make yourself throw up, it is a very unhealthy practice that deteriorates your health. If weight loss is needed, healthy eating and exercise is the way to achieve it.
If you think you need to vomit for medical reasons, call a doctor or pharmacist, or go to the local emergency room. The American Medical Association no longer advocates inducing vomiting as a remedy for poisoning.

∙ 14y agoI wouldn't recommend it if you are trying to diet as it is very unhealthy. Yet to make yourself throw up you would need to force your gag reflex with an ordor, taste, or physical action. One way people do so is put a finger down their throat.

∙ 14y agoYou can have them drink large quantities of liquids OR you can use syrup of ipecac. It is a small bottle that most every drug store sells. Its a liquid when given in small amounts it automatically induces vomiting.
