∙ 13y agoI start by cutting it into either long strips or into circles. Then sprinkle with salt and let sit in a colander for a while. That will pull out some of the excess moisture. Then I rinse and dry. Then rub down with olive oil and sprinkle on the spices I want. Salt, pepper and garlic is my usual. Then place them on the grill. it won't take long and you don't want it to cook all the way through or it will be too soft.
