How do you fertilize your neighbors farms in Farmville on Facebook?

Hey Farmers!
We're very happy to introduce our latest feature: Crop Fertilizer!
How does it work? Simple!
Randomly selected users will receive 5 Bags of Fertilizer each day. Those players can then use the fertilizer on crops on their neighbors' farms.
Once a crop has been fertilized, it will appear bigger than normal crops and sparkle.
But don't let them wither, fertilized crops reward experience points when harvested!

They have opened it up to everyone now. All you do is click on the neighbor tab, go to a friend who is in need of help of their farm. After you help them, if they have planted crops that are not ready for harvest, the option to fertilize their crops will pop up. You can fertilize 5 crops total per friend helped.
