How do you file Contempt of court charges?

Answer:
You, or your attorney, can file a motion/petition with the court requesting a contempt charge against a specific individual, citing evidence that they should be held in contempt for violating the orders or directives of the court. If the court feels that the facts contained in the motion are justified the court will issue a show-cause order.
