Im not sure of a PA psychic. But, I do know of a great psychic named Lynard Bluewolf. I think he charges $35 or $36 for a reading over the phone.
He does not have a time limit and he calls you so that the charges dont appear on your phone bill.
He is able use his abilties by the sound of your voice. He can also feel what you feel. For example if your leg hurts he will be able to pick up on it immediately.
I was sitting on my leg and it was hurting because of it but I was ignoring the pain. So, without me saying anything he interupted me in mid sentence and said "What's wrong with your leg". He told me he knew this because his leg was beggining to hurt. And he can feel what I feel.
He told me that in the room next to me there is a photo on the wall of a baseball player. When he said that I immidiately remembered that my dad has an autographed photo of NY Yankees great, Roger Maris on his wall.
