Think, LOOK DEEP in your mind for the tune, then just spitfire words into it in your mind, and soon you will have the tune, happened with me, turned out it was a song id never heared in my life, The Beatles, Let i Be.
Use your head, Think and you will remember.

Do a search (such as on Google) of the word "lyrics" + a few of the words you know (and the artist, if you know it). It has worked for me.
