By coming across an NPC Village. Theses villages contain accommodation for the villagers and you will see many of them at the village. If you want to find the village, simply Google NPC village seeds, copy and paste the seed into your minecraft under advanced world options when creating a new world, and your done!

The one really easy way of finding one is to create a Superflat world, where the whole ground is flat, so you can easily locate a NPC village. However, you probably don't want to, because you don't get any minerals in Superflat worlds (they're just for building on). Other than that, there are ways to improve your chances of finding one.

1) From what I know, NPC Villages don't spawn in taiga, tundra, mushroom, or forest briomes, so don't look in these biomes.

2)They are common in deserts and large plains, but probably never near rivers.

3) Just go outside and search for one, though don't get lost.

Villages are mostly found on plains or in deserts. There is no way to be directed to one, you just have to search around.
