How do you find a water leak under a slab?

Answer:
Water leaks under the slab are not often found correctly by a homeowner. If they were Leak Detection Companies (like ours) would not exist. If you are actually able to hear the water escaping from the pipe, hitting the underside of the slab floor of your home, chances are pretty good that there is nothing else down there making that noise. That being said, copper pipes in particular transmit sound very well, and where you hear the noise may or may not be where the leak is actually occurring. As a leak detection company, we specialize in finding water leaks within inches, and repairing them in the smallest possible breach of your slab.
