1. Call interflora (number should be on box) and explain your concerns.
2. Tell them when you received them and give them the senders reference (also on box).
3. They will then explain that they can't tell you any information as to who the sender is due to the Data Protection Act.
4. Normally, they then ring the person and ask whether or not it is okay that you know who they are etc. Or if you can have clues etc.
5. If you have no luck because they want to remain anonymous and you are concerned, then you may ask the police to write a note or something of that natureto bypass the act.
6. The police will then be given all the details from interflora to be passed on to you. The sender does not have to know about this.
