go onto start menu.
Hover over all progames then hover over the name of your laptop for example Samsung.Hover over User Guide And click it.
You will then see a button that says start click it.

∙ 14y agoTo find the SSID of your router, simply go to Start - Run - ipconfig and hit enter. The address after the "Default Gateway" will take you to the router controls when typed correctly into a browser i.e. "Fire Fox or internet Explorer. It will look something like "192.168.1.254". Type that into the URL bar of Once you get to the router information screen, enter your login information to see a full list of SSID and other addresses on the router.
If you are running a Mac, just input your ip address into safari and run the router setup from inside. Third party router software rarely works correctly on Mac's.
