The number would variate on how much condiment is allotted per burger and what condiments are prefered by the people are eating the burgers. I would go to Sam's or a warehouse store like it and buy the commerical size of common condiments and go from there.
Average about one tablespoon of each condiment and multiply it by how many burgers there are. Then translate the number of tablespoons there are in one condiment container. Do this for each condiment you need. Ketchup, mustard, and relish all fall under this rule. do each condiment one at a time. (do not do all of the math at the same time or problems will appear)
I would recommend three 20oz bottles. A standard 20oz bottle of Heinz ketchup has roughly 33 servings.
I would get a 32 ounce container of each.
Ten
If this are whole pickles and can be sliced into 5 pieces, we can say 2 slices per hamburger. At 50 hamburgers we need 100 slices. 100/5 = 20 pickles.
