This error is caused by one or more Windows services being disabled. To fix it, you will need to go to Start > Run, and enter "services.msc" (without quotes). Here, you will see a list of services, their description, and whether or not they are running. The most common services that give people this error message are the "Help and Support Service" (for launching Help), Windows Image Acquisition Service (for cameras and scanners), and the Print Spooler service (for printers). Some programs and drivers, such as for Lexmark printers, may also have services that need turned on. Right-click the service you need, select "Properties", and use the drop box to change its starup type from "Disabled" to "Automatic." You can also start the service here, or you can reboot your computer.
The DHCP Client Service in Windows XP, depends on these three components: * AFD * NetBios over Tcpip * TCP/IP Protocol Driver If one of the above drivers fail to start, then the DHCP Client Service may not start. == Open Windows Explorer and navigate to %Windir%\System32\Drivers folder. Make sure that the following files are present in the folder: * afd.sys * tcpip.sys * netbt.sys If one or more of the above driver files are missing, extract them from the Windows XP CD-ROM or from the ServicePackFiles\i386 folder, whichever is the latest version. == From other sources in the Web, I've found that installation of Norton Antivirus (NAV) adds an entry to the DHCP Service dependencies, and removing NAV does not remove the corresponding entry from the DHCP Dependencies. To view the dependency services registered for DHCP Client Service, type the following command in Start, Run dialog: CMD /K SC QC DHCP Verify the output. It should be exactly as below: [SC] GetServiceConfig SUCCESS
SERVICE_NAME: dhcp
TYPE : 20 WIN32_SHARE_PROCESS
START_TYPE : 2 AUTO_START
ERROR_CONTROL : 1 NORMAL
BINARY_PATH_NAME : C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs
LOAD_ORDER_GROUP : TDI
TAG : 0
DISPLAY_NAME : DHCP Client
DEPENDENCIES : Tcpip
: Afd
: NetBT
SERVICE_START_NAME : LocalSystem
If additional entries are listed under DEPENDENCIES... If any other additional drivers or Services are mentioned in the DEPENDENCIES section, you need to remove them via the registry. Follow these steps: * Click Start, Run and type Regedit.exe* Navigate to the following branch: * Backup the branch to a REG file HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ Dhcp * Double-click DependOnService value and set its data as follows: Tcpip
Afd
NetBT * Close Regedit.exe == Next step is to verify that the three dependency components are running. Follow the steps below: * Click Start, Run and type DEVMGMT.MSC * In the View menu, click Show hidden devices * Double-click Non-Plug and Play drivers section * Double-click the entry AFD, and click the Driver tab * Set the Startup type to System. * Start the service. Note down the error message if any. * Similarly start the two other drivers namely: * TCP/IP Protocol Driver * NetBios over Tcpip * Close Device Manager and restart Windows.
You have to find out which service is failing to start, and when you figured it out you can check the service dependencies. After that you will start services which failed to start and caused the error 1068.
Check http://support.microsoft.com/kb/307288 please. Does it refer to your situation?

The reason for this is that the mail server needs to talk to a global catalogue server in order to turn on services like POP and IMAP.
It's most likely that you got: Error 1068 "The dependency service or group failed to start" related to your print spooler. This problem was actually answered elsewhere in FaqFarm, click the link to the right --->
Once again you do Windows update.i think your problem will be resolved.
You have to change Startup type of power process(Control Panel > System and Security > Administrative Tools > Services ) to Manual or Automatic (better) and restart.Note: do not disable this process
Right-click on service in services.msc and click on properties. Then click on the 'Dependencies' tab. Ensure the services that your service depends on are started and then try to start the service again.
every time i play roblox it does not work it says error rawappcreateinstint
Please start the SERVER service in Services.
Assuming you are referring to web development, a 500 error is a "server error." This can mean that a resource failed to execute, the server ran out of memory, or some other unusual (or unexpected) condition caused the page to stop executing correctly. The logs of the server will contain information about the details of the error.
it depends if your computer, laptop, or desktop is old or new. It's a one year old HP desktop.
It happens just wait for a while
The 503 Service Unavailable error means the web site's server is not available right now.
