Pay your bill!!
Contact your cell phone provider.
When you attempt to enter the same code more than 3 times unsuccessfully, the phone locks and disables the Prepaid function. To get your phone unlocked, you should go to TracFone's official site (see Related Links) and select "Technical Support" at the bottom of the page. Then, follow the provided instructions.
Go to the "prepaid" menu you will see an option that says "my phone number." Select that, and it should show you your phone number.
It appears that you need to contact the service provider of your cell phone. All cell phones have a customer service number which can assist you with phone errors and correcting your airtime balance.
buy a new Sim card or consult a local mobile phone store
every body says no and Verizon wont use it as a prepaid but if you go to metro PC they will switch it for you but it being a smart phone you cant use the 'smart' capbilities like the mobile tv and the internet

Call customer service. If you believe it should be activated, and you have minutes, then they'll give you a code to reset your phone and activate. My grandson just had the same thing happen. I've been searching online to find out the answer, and this is the answer I read most. So...call and let them get it back on for you. You can also go to your online account, after you log in then go to customer service and support tab and scroll down to the technical support link. It asks for your serial number(Which can be found under phone details) and from there you get a list of questions one being, Does your TRACFONE screen display "Prepaid Disabled"? you click on that and it gives a step by step instruction to enter a code, it should fix the problem.
It probably has a piece of tamper detecting tape over it that says the warranty will be invalidated if this tape is removed.
Appeal.
You maybe could call your service provider... Otherwise I don't know
