This works for windows 2000 and XP.
Right click on the desktop background.
Goto the option "properties"
Go to the tab "settings"
Go to the button "advanced"
From here look for settings that turn the screen around. They will vary according to what computer you own.
usually this phenomenon is not an issue of the monitor. I have seen quite a lot of cases where an ATI graphic driver was installed with this phenomenon. To my knowledge there is a keyboard shortcut to tun the image by 180°. Since I never can remind the correct shortcut here is how I solved it: * Locate a traybar icon for the graphics adapter * Open the config setting (usually as context menu) * search for an option to rotate the image by 180° and uncheck it * Press OK
Hold the Ctrl and Alt keys on the right side of your keyboard, then press the "Up" arrow key. If done correctly, the screen should black out for a few moments, and then your screen should be right side up. If this doesn't work the first time, then:
If all else fails, then try to get used to an upside-down computer screen - the mouse controls are the same no matter which direction you turn the screen! This can actually be done with other directions, making it a fun trick to play on people with computers! For example, use the "Left" and "Right" keys for a sideways screen. Good luck!
Go in Control Panel>Display>Settings tab>Advanced button, look for settings relating to display or screen position and click Normal rotation.
okay, you press ctrl, alt, and the up arrow all at the same time. it should fix it. if it doesn't, i would look it up. if it STILL doesn't fix it, then i don't know what. but it should work.
Easy: What you need to do is Hold down Ctrl+Alt using the arrow keys. :)
If you have a 10 key number pad then press shift 4 . If that doesn't work then keep pressing shift on all even numbers , you eventually figure it out.

If your laptop has a black screen but the cursors still there and ctrl plus alt plus dlt works there may be a few issues. This could be a screen issue and bad LCD, loose or disconnected cable, or the backlight can be malfunctioning.
Go to settings and push calibration when you saw the cross push where the cross goes and that's it.
One of the symptoms of this virus is the enormous amount of pop up windows advertising the need to fix a computer. Another is changing the screen save to the blue screen of death.
If the image is simple flipped on the screen (i.e. all upside down) then you can fix this pressing the following buttons all together at the same time : Ctrl + Alt + Up or Down. If this doesn't help - check your graphics card drivers.
well, i can tell you how to fix your screen being upside down. If you have a PC, then just press Control, Alt, then the directional key up. As for the foreign language, you're on your own.
you need to do alt x
You broke the ribbon cable or the ribbon cable connection. Sorry no fix. Buy knew phone.
It's in the properties. Right click on the desktop and click properties. For some video drivers, control/alt/down arrow will flip the display upside down. control/alt/up arrow will flip the display right side up. You may need to reboot for the setting to work.
Did you wind the magazine up with the wheel on the bottom of it? This happened to me too.
Take the battery out and let it cool down
Just go on the computer, RIGHT click on your mouse, go to GRAPHIC OPTIONS, then go to ROTATION, then click on the degree you would like and there you will fix it.
Throw it out the window and find some Orange Juice to calm you down.
Turn the camera right side up. Or go into the settings of the webcam and change it.
Your door nob is probably upside down, that happened to me once, all you have do is unscrew it, and turn it the right way up. You can tell its upside down sometimes, by the way the key would fit into a lock, if you have to put the teeth of the key facing up, to open the door, then yeah, its upside down. If its not because its upside down, i would probably get a new lock, or something, or it could be just a defect.
holding down the power button for an extended period of time
