This really depends on the situation. The usual cause is a burned out motor or if its working just having suction problems it may need a good cleaning. People forget that just because it is a cleaning tool, doesn't mean it also cleans itself. It is common to see house-hold vacuums and carpet cleaners simply clogged with debris.
I would say first check the power supply, change outlets and wiggle parts of the chord to see if it is simply an electrical problems.
Then find someone who knows motors, take it apart, and have them check it. Make sure its a friend because it will be cheaper to replace the entire vacuum than to have someone rebuild the motor. This could run you $200-$800 depending on where you go.
Lastly, if its not working it probably won't work much longer even if you do fix it, simply summed:

If the vacuum cleaner motor works but builds up too little suction on floor, then always examine the floor nozzle. If you accidentally sucked up wet dirt or water (e.g. on kitchen floor), the humidity can make dust clot inside the nozzle and turn into a kind of grey papier mache. Scratch this congestion out with with a screw driver or old knife, so the nozzle will work like new again. (If the congestion is near the nozzle front, turn the cleaner on while you poke, so the debris will be sucked up instead of falling out on your carpet.) Also avoid sucking up objects like leaves, paper or plastic bags. Inside the vacuum cleaner bag they will block the air flow and make it perform poorly even when the bag is not full. So always take flat foreign objects out of the bag when you accidentally sucked them up.

Yes, vacuum cleaner bags can be non-toxic. Oreck makes one that is non-toxic to both humans and pets. They also make vacuum cleaner tablets that you drop into your bag to freshen the smell that are non-toxic.
A vacuum is a non conductor.
Replace the instrument cluster.
Buy a new mouse.
The Vacuum Cleaner is used specially in Carpeted floors and maintaining the floor clean just like broom and map while the Floor polisher or Floor buffer is used in non-carpeted floors such as hardwood, marble, tile or linoleum and keeping the floor shine and glossy.
The wiper motor may not be working properly or the combination switch may also be not working properly.
you fix the light on the ceiling fan by puting a new light bulb in your fan
Vacuum tubes are non-ohmic devices
yes
Check the fuses. This vehicle should be OBD I.
To insulate a non-vacuum flask, a non- heat conducting material such as Styrofoam is put between the layers.
artix entertainment is in the middle of fixing that.... in the meantime just buy a new one
