This is the System Management Bus Controller, if the error is in the device manager then you will need to install the SM Bus Controller drivers that came with your motherboard, either from a drivers CD or download them. Although, your PC will probably continue to function just fine without doing anything, but in theory it should work better with the drivers installed.
