1999 Pontiac grand pre how do I bypass driver window so I can get it up.
http://www.a1electric.com/grandam.htm <-- this is the original answer. It shows a Grand Am, which is different. Here's a Grand Prix: http://www.paulstravelpictures.com/Grand-Prix-Window-Motor/index.html
Since both windows on the front of the caravan do not work it is a common power issue. Check the window fuse and relays first, to see where the power loss is.
check fuses. they are under dash on drivers side. Should be labeled. If not remove individually and check them. Easily done with pair of needle nosed pliers. Advise to jjmrsf@nctc.com if you tried this and I will offer further tips.
What is the problem with the windows? -- be more specific with your question... window will not go up or down without help. Have lubed channel and regulator.
In the fuse panel located in the drivers side. Too bad this won't fix your window regulator problem which you're having.
It depends what is wrong with them.
Windows not working in the winter could just be frozen...try parking inside for a day, or try checking your fuses. Could be a combination... windows froze so fuse blew when trying open them.
where is the fuses for the power windows
replace the part leaking
power or manual?
