Open the local machine policy using the gpedit.msc interface.
Navigate to the policy located at Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/System/Remote Procedure Call/Rpc Troubleshooting Support/Propagation of extended error information
click edit policy setting
Enable the policy, and set the field Propagation of extended error information to "On".
This process turns the propagation of extended error information on for all processes on the machine.

It could be the remote has a dead battery. If both remotes don't work, seems like the sensing unit in the car has failed. The remote battery is the easier problem to fix.

One can fix the transmitter of a remote control car by going to the store where the remote control car was originally purchased, in case said store has a warranty policy.
What do mean fix it? Have checked the fuse has not blown?

yes it is possible using telnet that is remote login , i suggest use software team viewer which will help you fix better from remote PC
Depends what it is made of and where it is broken.
You should call Nintendo and get it repaired or replaced.
