I tried this didn't work what i had to do was just wait till the battery ran out =/ if you have a iHome try plugging it into that, might work. Hope this helps! ~Monster137

so another question....... Once i put it in DFU mode... and restore it...
do i set it as a new iPod
or do i restore it to the last time i synced?

Blue screen when playing online
go to basic settings go to the bottom and hit restart then hit restart basic settings.
the same thing happened to my old 2nd generation itouch. You cant fix it sorry! i tryed everything i could but it wouldn't work i even went to the apple store and asked them is their was anyway to get the screen to work and they said no. i hope u have warrinty!
