Make sure the headphone jack is all of the way in the slot. If it is only halfway in, then that is your problem. If that didn't fix the problem, then the earphones are broken and you may need to buy new ones.
left side
well first of alll, why in the heck did you get something stuck in the headphone hole., WHO DOES THAT!?!!??! :p
Put speakers in recycle bin. Buy new ones. Check if the headphone jack is working on your computer, if it is not, replace your sound card.
check your bulbs
If it is not working properly, you will never be able to trust it. Replacement is the only sure fix.
Hi, the wire is eitheir cut in the place you mentioned or inside that side of the headphone, try opening that side of the headphone with a normall cross screwdriver. Cut it just above the point you mentioned, then slowly go down 4 mm per time till you find a cut , remove it then rejoin all wires according to there color.
Buy a new mouse.
You can use electrical tape on the wire going into the right side of the headphone to help prevent it from emitting white noise.
The best way to make your droid mini headphone jack work is by taking it to an expert so that he/she can determine what is the problem with it and fix it.
