Just stare down but don't look like a stalker. Wear his favorite color, make him notice things but don't cough and say 'hint hint' like an idiot. Be who you are and don't be afraid. If you're weird, breathe because guys think way opposite than girls do. And the point maybe you wear green nail polish might just be what he loves about you, and always smile. Sometimes you don't even have to answer him, a smile says way more to him, trust me.
Smile and look at the guy for about 5 seconds don't stare he will find that you are weird maybe just a quick smile and remember to look in his eyes. If you are brave, flick the hair and smile and wave guys will "dig" that! i tried that and now i have a boyfriend at 13 years old!

The difference between normal chatting and flirting is often very hard to tell, so don't try hard to "flirt" with him. Just talk to him and as said, smile a lot, laugh at his jokes etc. Just be yourself, if you like him it will automatically become flirting.

He could insult you, play hard-to-get, talks to your girl...
If you are interested in someone then let them know, it is ok to flirt. Of course you want to be tasteful. Men certainly like to be approached, just as woman do.
