How do you format a Creative Zen? |

To format a Creative Zen is quite simple. Turn off you player. Then hold the play button and turn on your player. You will now see a menu that gives you options to format. After, select the option to reboot/ restart.
There are other options to clean up and reload firmware.
In Windows XP (I haven't tried with any other platform), you can right-click on the Zen in the drive listing and select Format from the context menu.
However, in my case this hasn't performed the full factory reset that I have been looking for.
