Link using a wireless adapter with a friend who has the Aurora Ticket. Then talk to a man with a green hat in any Poke Mart. He will give you the ticket to get to Birth Island. You sail to Birth Island, it is the triangleish one on the map of Islands One, Two and Three. You land on the island and do a puzzle where you unlock a level 70 Deoxys.
The only way to get Deoxys is by using the Mystery Gift next to a Wonder Spot (in a Nintendo Event, which are all over now, or in certain retail stores) with your wireless adapter connected. Then you can get an Aurora Ticket and go to Island 9, or using GameShark or Code Break! (this is applicable only on FireRed, LeafGreen and Emerald).

∙ 11y agoBirth Island which is a secret accessible island only if the the player has obtained the Aurora Ticket from the Nintendo Event for the movie Destiny Deoxys which has long passed so the only way you can reach there now is cheat to get the ticket or use a warp code to head there directly.
