Because Mew is not in the Pokedex, there is no way to obtain it without cheating. The best way to get it is through Gameshark. My friend gave me one. ^.^

You must first get it from Emerald version and then trade it over. But if you have just Sapphire, you can't get it.

well is an easy way to get mew is to get the cheat cartrage but finding mew is a problem it takes a very long time dude the cheat cartrage wont do anything to you game trust me cos i tryed it once and it didnt do anything to my game so use the cheat cartrage dude
