Yeah , you can have a relationship at 10 , i mean , who can stop you? If you love somebody , and they love you back , and you both feel your mature enough to have a relationship , then go for it! I wouldn't advise asking lots of guys out at such a young age , but - if you love that one special person , and you don't want to risk losing them in the future , go for it!
