This "special panty" was worn for +/-3months and it also helped protect the scar against everyday hazards as one starts moving around after an operation. Swimming and stomach excercises also assisted this process after 6wks after the c-section.

I had a c section 1 year ago. The weight does not come off till 9 months after having a child. This gives your body the recovery time it needs. Drink lots and lots of water. I am sure you have heard this before but give yourself 9 months drink about 100 oz of water a day, eat small meals through out the day and the weight WILL come off. Then start taking your children on walks in a stroller. Using a stroller will give you the resistance plus the cardio. good luck!
