Some consolation is that girls who actively loathe are probably in some sort of peer group bonding ritual. In other words, not loathing for you so much as loathing to demonstrate to her friends that she is part of their group. its not really about you.
When (if) she grows up a bit, you'll find the loathing thing disappears.
Mature girls (that is, women) seldom loathe. Their worst thing they do is to ignore someone, and that feels a whole lot worse.
