How do you get a guy to kiss?

Ask him or just flirt and be really close to him.

Get him alone with you and ask him to close his eyes, then kiss him - he may kiss back(50/50 chance). --Worked for me, then we started moving into the closet where we made out for nearly 3 hours. He even took off his shirt, me too.

If you think he is too shy to kiss you first, go for it and kiss him then he will kiss you back hopefully.

You have to show him that you want to be kissed. Look into his eyes in silence. Get close to him. If he never picks up any hints then you have to make the first move.

If that doesn't work, hint at it, try to get a little closer to him (hint that you're cold and snuggle up to him). If he's talking to much and it's making it hard, tell him he talks to much with a smile and gently put a finger to his mouth. When he's talking, look at his lips then look back up and smile, he may get the hint... (don't make it to obvious) but if it's really not working then kiss him yourself, it doesn't have to be the guy first!
