Befriend Joe, Kurt, or Woody and remodel your first house or select new construction if you'd like a second house to get the obvious second house note.
If you mean "Magical Melody", then get one heart with Joe, Kurt, and Woody and ask them in the workshop where Woody lives. but you need a level 2 house
First you go to Woody's, and talk to him and do New Construction.And if you have a lot of gold you could by a level:1,2 or 3 household.
You get the remodel for cheaper than buying a new thing...
