I already know the number but I m applying for a job and they want proof of it but I don t still have the original letter. I went on gov.uk to print a new one and they asked if I have a valid passport (which I don t) so they then asked for my address and I typed it in and it said sorry, we don t know enough about you to confirm your identity . So where do I go from here, there were no more options after that, I can t call as the helplines are closed.
