On PS2 the your lover/partner you keep kissing, then a box will pop up saying would you like to have a baby? Then you click yes, the bummer about this is that you can't choose the own gender of your baby or what you want it to look like when it's older. So it's pretty much a random but yeah that's how you get pregnant. ;)
