So for instance if you're 5'7" then 120 lbs is pretty good. I thought about modeling but I realize my rib cage is too large (which makes my waist look too wide). It is much more difficult to model if you're shorter than 5'7". My sister has done some modeling; she is 5'11" and about 135 lbs.
I think in the answer above she meant 32" at the hips, 26" is more typical for the waistline if you have a 34" bust.

∙ 12y agoYou eat a lot of really healthy foods like vegetables and loads of stuff like that and avoid sweets and do ALOT of exercise. Also, don't chew gum, because it gives you that bubble in the bottom of your stomach, and also stay away from salty foods because they make you bloated and also drink a lot of water.

to get a skinny waist you should exercise more. you can’t expect a smaller and skinner waist by doing nothing. do not change your diet to the point where you are skipping lunch everyday, but if you do have unhealthy eating habits change them and make sure you’re eating healthy. if you aren’t eating healthy, you won’t get a skinnier waist. adding on to the exercise portion, i know it’s hard but try to do ab workouts. try doing 50 curl ups everyday. limit the amount of curl ups to the amount of numbers you are comfortable with, but always push yourself atleast 10 more curlups then rest. try doing this for two weeks, you’ll see something happen, but after two weeks, add more to your routine. rather doing curl ups, add different types of workouts to your routine and after it gets easier for two weeks, add another one. keep doing this and you’ll get a flat, skinny waist.
