∙ 14y agoYou need Pokemon Yellow to do this first you must Level up your Pikachu to Lvl 100 and beat Prime Cup on Round 2.
(Note:Pikachu must be in every battle but you dont have to use him to fight just make sure he's in the 3 Pokemon that you picked and your Game Pak must be inserted into your controller with the Pokemon Yellow.)
