A good way to remove a tick from anything is to cover it in vasaline. While the ticks head is in the skin it breathes through its body. By covering it in vasaline you take away that ability to breath and it will come out. Watch it carefully so you can remove it once it does. Never try to pull a tick out yourself as its head can come off and cause further prblems.
