There are a few ways...
1. This is the gambling way, its simple, but requires alot of luck, you would have to win a big bounty on the hitlist.
2. You can start doing jobs and buying properties to gain more income per hour and wait for a few months as you gain alot of money then you will start getting alot of money (WILL take a LONG time).
3. Ask someone who is really good at mafia wars to help you (Not recommended for the fact there are alot of scammers out there).
4. Get up the levels, jobs at level 16 can get you up to 4.5 million! And it just progresses from there.
