The Calavera - Westcliff Demon Door

Hammerthyst - Behind the Demon Door in Oakfield (Serenity Farms) in a treasure chest

The Chopper - You will have to go through the Crucible with 7 perfect rounds. This is the reward.

The Maelstrom - You have to be a really bad guy for this one. Earn 2,000 sacrafice points at the Temple of Shadows. Come back between midnight and 1am with your spouse (one you don't mind losing) and a monk or two from the Temple of Light. Sacrafice them all at the wheel and the Maelstrom will be your reward.

The Daichi - Come back from the Spire and complete Wraithmarsh (you have to do this first) Go to Brightwood Tower. Jump out and into Archon's Knot tomb. Work your way through and just before you leave there will be a treasure chest. This will be your Daichi.

The Rising Sun - Donate gold at the Temple of Light. They will ask you to come back with another donation and make hints at the time and amount. Come back and make a donation of 10,000 gold in between noon and 1pm. When you are done, you will receive your weapon.

Hal's Sword - Inside a treasure chest at the end of the Chamber of Fate.

The Wreckager - Halls of the Dead in a treasure chest at the top of the tomb.

no you can't but i can tell you where and how to get the ones i have: The Diachi go to brightwood tower and go to the cullis gate part and find the bit where the wall has broken off and vault down into a hole and you will be in a place called archons knot go through there and take the back exit and open the chest and you will have a katana that does 96.0 base electric damage, The Maelstrom go to the temple of shadows and get 2000 shadow loyalty points and the guy will talk about The Rite of Unhallowed Wickedness and you have to sacrifice your husband/wife at 12.00-1.00 AM and luckily there are beds there once you complete it the guy will give you the longsword that does 58.00 base damage and does more against civilians and guards, The chopper compete in the crucible and get at least 5/8 perfect rounds and when you complete it there will be a chest containing the axe that makes you resistant to scarring and gives you more xp per kill, the rising sun go to the temple of light after 'the hero of strength' quest and donate at least 5000 gold and the guy will tell you about the harvest benefactor and donate at least 10000 gold at 12.00-1.00 PM and you'll get a cleaver that is super effective against hollow men and banshees and is very useful for the quest 'trouble in wraithmarsh' coz you have to kill a very powerful banshee, the hammerthyst you get it n the windmill behind the oakfield demon door serenity farm and that's all i can remember!

Edit: It is impossible to get all weapons on a single account unless you trade with other players for some of their weapons. This is because in every game you will get about half of all the weapons, altogether there are 51 weapons, one of which every player can get if they have bought the limited edition copy of fable 3. Most weapons you get in shops, others are randomly generated in chests. so in summary, you can only get every weapon from trading with other players, that explains everything =).
